The tallest man on the court made the biggest impact on the game for Michigan basketball.
Not only did 7-foot-3 center Aday Mara have the best statistical performance with 18 points, 14 rebounds, six assists and five blocks, but he made the difference in crunch time on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Wake Forest had the ball down by one point with 6.6 seconds left in overtime when Nate Calmese got it at the left wing, slashed through the lane and sent a high-arching shot at the rim over Mara.
