The explosive spin-off series Selling The OC returns for its fourth season today (November 12), welcoming three fresh faces to the cast. ‌

Property newcomer Fiona Belle, ex-model Ashtyn Zerboni and luxury rentals specialist Kaylee Ricciardi are stepping into The Oppenheim Group's vacant Orange County office positions following the dramatic departure of six key cast members since the previous season. ‌

Estate agents Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt have all left the programme after Season 3, whilst viewer favourites Tyler Stanaland, Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Brandi Marshall, Austin Victoria and Gio Helou return once more. ‌
