(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Minnehaha County GOP Chairman is keeping his job. The South Dakota Republican Party’s executive board ruled Monday’s vote to remove Korry Petterson was invalid. The state’s GOP chairman says the bylaws don’t allow county members to remove elected officials without a state-level amendment.
