Manchester United defender Matthijs de Ligt believes a combination of changing his mindset and staying injury-free is the reason for his excellent performances this season.

Last weekend, De Ligt rescued a point against Tottenham in the Premier League with a late goal. The Dutchman is the only United player to have played every league minute during the campaign, and has been recalled to the Netherlands squad for the November internationals.
