Harvey Elliott is said to be “not happy” with his current situation at Aston Villa after finding himself out of contention.
The midfielder made the move from Liverpool to Villa Park in the summer on an initial loan deal. Given Elliott’s talent, his performances for the Reds and in the England youth set-up, there was excitement about what he could add to Unai Emery’s side.
But so far, the transfer has been a nightmare. Elliott has started just one Premier League game for Villa and has played a meagre 98 minutes in the top flight.
