A neuroscientist has shared why you might be waking up at 3am or 4am every day and how to prevent it. Struggling with sleep is quite common - the NHS states that one in three people will encounter this issue at some stage in their lives.

Beyond leaving us feeling exhausted and grumpy, it can affect our wellbeing if it persists over time. Consequently, making sleep a priority is crucial.
