(Rapid City, SD) — Members of Rapid City Council are expected to vote today on a proposal to limit the number of medical cannabis dispensaries allowed to operate in the community. Right now, ten businesses hold licenses allowing for such operations. Council is considering limiting the number of dispensaries to five.
