Gandhinagar: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel congratulated over 1,500 newly appointed notaries and launched the new Notary Portal in Gujarat on Tuesday. The portal marks the beginning of a phased e-Notary system in the state.

The event was held at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) in Gandhinagar. It was organised jointly by the Gujarat Government’s Law Department and the Gujarat Bar Council. Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi, Minister of State for Law Kaushik Vekariya and other dignitaries were present.
