A luxury, high-speed ferry that goes between Hyannis and Nantucket is out of service after a crack was found.
The Steamship Authority stated that M/V Iyanough had a “small crack in the vessel’s aluminum shell.”
“The crack is above the water line, but for safety reasons the vessel cannot run until repairs are completed,” the Steamship Authority wrote on X.
The ferry carries up to 400 people, has free wifi and a snack bar with beer, wine and mixed drinks.
All travel related to the ferry were canceled. For the full schedule, click here.
It is unclear when M/V Iyanough will run again.
