COLUMBUS, Ohio — The property that housed Rambling House Music Bar for more than 11 years is officially in new hands.

According to Franklin County auditor records, the former venue at 310-312 E Hudson St sold on Oct. 31 for a reported price of $0. The new owner is listed as Rambling House Hudson LLC. The property was previously purchased by Rambleon Properties LLC in 2019 for a price of $270,000.

The transfer comes about a month after the venue's final show on Oct. 1. Owners announced the closure in early September, stating they would offer "favorable terms" to a buyer who would reopen the venue.
