WELSH, La. (KPLC) - The Town of Welsh is informing residents that there will be a scheduled power outage coming up during the nights of Friday, Nov. 21, and Saturday, Nov. 22.

The power outages on both nights will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are necessary to upgrade the town’s electrical infrastructure.
