Tata Motors has clarified that the legal name of its commercial business remains Tata Motors Limited. Its demerged arm Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Ltd (TMCVL) made a strong debut on the stock market at Rs 330.25 per share, marking the completion of the company’s restructuring into two independent listed entities.
