Suhail KhanNEW DELHI, Nov. 12 ; Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reaffirmed the government’s policy of “zero tolerance” towards terrorism in the wake of a deadly car explosion in the capital two days ago. The declaration was made during an emergency session of the Union Cabinet convened on Wednesday.

The blast, which occurred near the Red Fort on Monday, resulted in 10 fatalities and left 24 individuals injured, devastating the area and destroying multiple vehicles.

According to a cabinet resolution obtained by Kashmir Convener, Prime Minister Modi has directed that the investigation into the attack be conducted with the “utmost urgency and professionalism.”

He mandated that the perpetrators, along with their collaborators and sponsors, be identified and swiftly brought to justice.
