BELLEVUE, Neb. —

A former Bellevue police officer accused in a child enticement investigation will go to trial.

Ryan Agustin, 38, is charged with manufacturing visual depiction of sexually explicit material and felony child abuse.

According to court documents , Agustin had a conversation with an Internal Affairs lieutenant in June 2025. During that conversation, court documents say Agustin self-reported he was "sent a nude photo by a 17-year-old female ... via Instagram."

The victim told investigators she had sexual contact with the former Bellevue police officer and he called her names. She alleged the officer said he would not stop being mean to her until she sent photos, according to court documents.
