GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - An eviction notice taped on the front door of the Koko Sushi Bar and Lounge was spotted Wednesday. The notice was dated November 11.

A member of staff from the Brown County Sheriff’s administration office confirmed over the phone with Action 2 News that the notice is a legitimate notice from the sheriff’s office. The office would not elaborate on the circumstances for the notice.

The notice states that by court order, the business must vacate the premises by Thursday, November 13 at 8 a.m. The notice states, “failure to comply will result in forceful removal.”

The Facebook page for Koko Sushi Bar and Lounge hasn’t updated since September 19, where a post stated that they were “reopening” on September 22.
