Maharashtra is set to experience a significant dip in temperatures this week, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing a cold wave alert for several parts of the state.
The weather department has forecast bone-chilling conditions on Thursday, November 13, as minimum temperatures continue to drop across regions.
With rainfall subsiding, dry and cold weather has gripped most parts of the state. In Mumbai, temperatures are expected to range between 18°C and 32°C, with clear skies prevailing throughout the day. Residents have already begun to feel a noticeable chill in the air.
In western Maharashtra, Pune will record a minimum temperature of around 14°C and a maximum of 30°C, while Kolhapur will see lows near 19°C. Northern Maharashtra is witnessing even sharper drops — Jalga
