: The Shyntor Festival 2025, an eco-cultural celebration blending art, music and sustainability, will be held from December 11 to 13 at Shyntor Bulia Village in Ri-Bhoi District.
Organized by the Rongjeng Welfare Foundation (RWF) in collaboration with the Dorbar Shnong Shyntor, Online Tent Service Centre and Jharna Foundation, the festival seeks to promote rural tourism, cultural preservation and community-led development through an immersive experience of Meghalaya’s heritage.
Situated about 25 km from Nongpoh along the GS Road, Shyntor Bulia — a village of 65 households between the Umsiang and Umsha rivers will transform into a vibrant festival space.
