UFC 322 has a big women’s fight as the co-main event. Flyweight champ Valentina Shevchenko will face former strawweight champ Zhang Weili. Shevchenko just won a close fight against Manon Fiorot and has a 25-4-1 record. On the other hand, Zhang has won the strawweight title twice and recently defeated Tatiana Suarez, bringing her record to 26-3. Coach Eric Nicksick thinks Shevchenko will use her wrestling to beat Weili.

Talking to Home of Fights, Nicksick said Zhang had a rough time getting down to 115 pounds before, so she’ll probably be bigger and stronger at flyweight. But he still sees Shevchenko winning because, as per him, she’s just better everywhere. He expects the Russian fighter to use her wrestling a lot more in this one, taking Zhang down and keeping her there.
