Holly Hotel settlement case drags on over undisclosed issue

After seven months of negotiations to hash out settlement language, the legal case against the Holly Hotel remains in limbo.

On Feb. 10, a day before Holly Hotel co-owner George Kutlenios was set to take the stand in a trial in a case that intended to restart construction of the hotel, a settlement was reached.
