DOUGHERTY COUNTY, Ga. — A man from Central Georgia was one of 12 people arrested in a sex trafficking and commercial sex buying investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), according to a release.

The release said 12 people were arrested as part of "Operation Raydiant Shadows," an investigation into sex traffickers and commercial sex buyers in the Dougherty County area. This is down in southwest Georgia.

According to the release, Mason Conley, 32, from Cordele, was one of the dozen people arrested in connection with the sex trafficking and commercial sex buyer operation.

Conley, alongside 10 others, was charged with pandering, but the release said additional charges and arrests may be on the way.
