It’s Alfie Jones’ first time in Canada and he’s only been in Toronto for a few days, but the English-born defender is anxious to have the typical Canadian experiences.
“Someone on the team said something about going to this coffee place (Tim Hortons). Going to a hockey game would be really good, too. Obviously, it’s not that big back in England, but it looks amazing and so fast on TV, so I’d love to see a game,” Jones, the newest member of the men’s national team, told Sportsnet.
