SUDBURY, Massachusetts — Hayley McNeff, a nationally ranked bodybuilder and fitness influencer, died from acute intoxication caused by a combination of heroin, fentanyl, 4-ANPP, cocaine and norbuprenorphine, People reported .

Her death, which happened on Aug. 8 at her home in Sudbury, was ruled accidental, the magazine added.

McNeff, 37, was remembered by family and friends for her energy and determination as an athlete who rose to prominence in the bodybuilding world, according to her obituary .

People reported she earned state titles in Maryland and Delaware and was featured in the 2005 documentary Raising the Bar, which chronicled the lives of competitive bodybuilders.
