Pakistan’s three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka has suddenly been thrown into uncertainty after a bomb blast in Islamabad killed 12 people on Tuesday and has sparked security concerns within the Lankan camp, with eight players all set to fly back on Thursday, according to a report in PTI.
As a result, the second ODI scheduled for Thursday in Rawalpindi has been called off. Pakistan had earlier clinched the first ODI at the same venue on Tuesday, winning by six runs.
