Attorney: Did not tell African American client a mostly white jury in Benton County would convict him due to his race

BENTONVILLE -- An attorney representing a man accused of attempting to kill his former wife denied Wednesday telling his client a Benton County jury composed of mostly white people would find him guilty because he's African American.
