SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Spartanburg School District Six has issued a new modified academic calendar for the 2026-2027 school year.

The district said the schedule includes additional breaks to help students “recharge and maintain steady progress” throughout the year.

The calendar still includes staff development days, giving teachers time to collaborate instruction for students.
