A high school in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, was evacuated after four students reported feeling ill at the same time.
According to officials, around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, a student at Pennridge High School reported feeling ill. Over the next 15 minutes, three other students exhibited similar symptoms in that area of the building.

Officials said school nurses responded immediately and started treating all four students.
At 10:20 a.m., officials said out of an abundance of caution, a fire alarm was sounded, and the building and adjacent district office were evacuated.
