New Delhi, Nov 12: Awami Ittehad Party (AIP) Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi on Wednesday confirmed that Baramulla MP Er Rashid has begun a two-day hunger strike inside Tihar Jail in New Delhi.
Quoting Er Rashid’s letter addressed to the Director General of Prisons, Inam Un Nabi said the hunger strike is being observed “to protest the loss of innocent lives in the recent Delhi blast and to express serious concern over reports of educated Kashmiris, including doctors, joining the path of violence.”
