A pedestrian was killed early Wednesday, Nov. 12 after being struck by a vehicle on State Route 28 (Tahoe Boulevard) near Village Boulevard, according to Nevada State Police.
Troopers responded to the crash around 6:56 a.m. The preliminary investigation indicates a vehicle traveling northbound on SR 28 struck a pedestrian at about 6:05 a.m. The driver has been located and is cooperating with investigators, authorities said.
Further details will be released after next-of-kin notifications.
