NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The North Charleston Police Department has arrested two people after they allegedly fired gunshots into an occupied vehicle during an argument.
Maurice Wilson, 44, is charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm during a violent crime and Desiree Davis, 28, who was allegedly driving the vehicle, is charged with attempted murder, according to jail records.
Police responded to a Circle K on Dirchester Road and Scarsdale of a reported domestic disturbance with gunfire just before 11 p.m. Tuesday. The victim told officers that she had been arguing with her unborn child’s father when he allegedly attempted to physically assault her with a gun before firing a shot into the air.
