KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Salvation Army of Blount County has launched its first Giving Tree project to support those experiencing homelessness in East Tennessee.
Those interested in giving back this holiday season are invited to pick up a tag from the decorated trees at the Blount County Public Library (508 N Cusick St.) or Southern Grace Coffee Co. (312 Tedford St.).
That tag will have a gift request on it, which can be brought to The Salvation Army at the John 3:16 Outreach Building (1414 Jefferson Ave.).
