PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Dollywood is gearing up to host its first-ever weekend of running events, offering theme park fans and runners a new way to experience Dolly Parton’s Pigeon Forge attraction.

The race weekend is slated for April 25 and 26, 2026 and will include several events, including bib pickup the day before, Friday, April 24, at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge and Resort.

In all, the weekend will look like this:

Bib pickup and expo

April 24, 2026 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The race expo will be held in the hotel’s ballroom and include vendors. There is no race-day bib pickup.

Kids Run, 5K and 10K

April 25

Kids Run: 11 a.m.

5K: 6:30 a.m.

10K: 10 a.m.

Both courses will wind through the park, with water stations along the course. All finishers will also get medals.
