IPSWICH’S TASC Legal and Social Justice Service will share in more than $1.5 million of funding under the Federal Government’s new National Access to Justice Partnership.

The funding was allocated to TASC National, which also has offices in Toowoomba, Roma, Goondiwindi and Gympie for 2025-26, as a part of the $3.9-billion National Access to Justice Partnership.

Under the NAJP, Queensland will receive $158.5 million in 2025-26, and this Federal funding is likely to be supplemented by State Government funding.

The NAJP began on July 1 and replaced the National Legal Assistance Partnership 2020-25 under the former Coalition Government, delivering an increase of $800 million over five years from 2025-26 to the legal assistance sector.
