A nursery in Peterborough has been rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted for the second time in a row. Staff at Shooting Stars Pre-School Nursery in Peterborough were described as "exceptionally caring" in a report published on November 4.

It followed an inspection on September 29. The nursery, at Paston and Gunthorpe Community Centre in Hallfields Lane, was also rated 'outstanding' after an inspection in December 2019.

In the most recent report, the inspectorate states: "Staff warmly welcome children into this nurturing and child-centred environment. Children get off to a strong start with a healthy breakfast before they go off to explore the many enticing and exciting activities."
