A woman who was two months pregnant as she survived the Bataclan attack 10 years ago reveals the hero who saved her life became her daughter's godfather
The young woman who was pregnant during the horrific Bataclan terror attack and whose courage stunned the world has now spoken for the very first time. On the tenth anniversary of the attack the woman, called Charlotte, has revealed that her daughter, now nine, is fully aware of what her mum went through in Paris on 13th November 2015. Our sister paper the People exclusively told Charlotte’s story after she was filmed clinging on by her fingertips from a ledge at the Bataclan under the headline: “Help me, Help me. I’m pregnant what shall I do.” She revealed that the man who saved her life became her daughter’s godfather.
