CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger says the University of Virginia should wait to pick a new president.

On Wednesday, she sent a letter to the UVA Board of Visitors urging its members to pause the selection of the university’s 10th president until a full BOV is appointed by the governor and confirmed by the General Assembly.
