EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A recent study at Michigan State University found that augmented and virtual reality sports games could help people experiencing loneliness by improving their psychological well-being.
The study analyzed 345 individuals who played various sports games such as bowling, ping pong, and pool.
Participants completed questionnaires to assess their game involvement, psychological well-being, loneliness, and other factors.
