BOARDMAN - Four men who were charged in connection with a fight at a Boardman bar were cleared of their charges on Wednesday.

An employee at Judge R. Scott Krichbaum's court says Judge Krichbaum found Caleb Gearheart, Luke Collins, Tyler Dogoda and Kyle Patterson not guilty of felonious assault charges against them.

The four were originally set for a jury trial on Monday, but they waived their right to a jury trial in favor of a bench trial, where only the judge would hear the evidence and arguments and make a ruling.

The charges stemmed from a fight at Double Bogey's in the Southern Park Mall in January of 2025. At the time, a man had told Boardman police that he was assaulted by the four men in the restroom.
