LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Texas man accused of threatening University of Louisville football coach Jeff Brohm, members of his family and quarterback Miller Moss, was arraigned Wednesday in Louisville.
On Monday, the Grand Jury indicted Brian Mandel on six counts of terroristic threatening (2nd degree) and one count of criminal attempt theft by extortion over $10,000.
Mandel allegedly made threats toward Brohm’s family, including brother and offensive coordinator Brian Brohm, on Nov. 8 and Nov 9.
The threats came following Louisville’s overtime loss against California Saturday night.
Mandel's next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026.
