SPIRIT LAKE RESERVATION — A two-day search led by a missing Indigenous man's relatives is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 15, and Sunday, Nov. 16.

Isaac James Hunt was last seen leaving his father's residence in St. Michael on March 8, 2024. There has been no reported sign of him since that day.

Hunt's cousin, Cherise Robertson, believes it's important to continue searching regardless of the 20 months that have passed since his disappearance.

"We're not going to give up on Isaac," Robertson said. "We all want him home, and laid to rest properly."

She said his children deserve that closure.

All are welcome to assist with the search efforts. Participants will meet at 9 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday at the Fort Totten Wellness Center, located at 7296 ND-57, Fort Totten, 58335.
