EAST GRAND FORKS – The East Grand Forks Education Foundation has awarded over $26,000 in grants to 13 individuals, collaborative teams and their staff in the East Grand Forks Public School District.
The foundation is a nonprofit organization independent from the East Grand Forks school district. The foundation has been awarding grants since 2010, awarding over $127,000 in the last five years alone.
The grant money can be used for projects impacting students across grade levels in the East Grand Forks school district. Any school educator or staff member was eligible to apply. All of the individuals awarded met the grant requirements and all award amounts were decided by the foundation’s Board of Directors.
