NATIONWIDE — A WIDESPREAD, MULTI-STATE OUTBREAK OF INFANT BOTULISM in ByHeart-brand nutrition products has prompted an investigation , with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control coordinating with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the Infant Botulism Treatment and Prevention Program (IBTPP) to pinpoint the source. All ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula products have been recalled, including all unexpired lots of formula cans and single-serve “anywhere” sticks.
