MINNEAPOLIS (CNN) - Target is lowering prices on thousands of items in an effort to help families’ budgets this holiday season.
Starting this month, prices on certain food, beverages and essential items at the retail giant will be reduced.
They include price drops on smoked bone-in hams, apples, pie crust, cold medicine and more.
The company said its price reductions will be good on over 3,000 items and continue through December.
Target also announced the return of its Thanksgiving meal deal. The retailer promotes that its holiday dinner will cost less than $5 per person.
Additionally, Target has also made a $500,000 donation to Feeding America. The money is said to help the organization provide meals to families in need.
