It's no secret that a new era of technology is here. Companies have invested millions of dollars into the artificial intelligence industry.

A local panel met Wednesday to discuss what this means for our community.

Two non-profits, Heartland Forward and Equal AI , hosted several Chattanooga leaders. Heartland Forward is focused on economic growth, while Equal AI is committed to the growing technology.

CEOs of each organization, Angie Cooper and Miriam Vogel, invited Mayor Kelly as well as Chief Information Officer Jerele Neeld to discuss AI topics. The panel discussed how AI could be a resource in every career.
