BAY CITY, MI – Bay City Bridge Partners (BCBP) officials announced that they have fully recovered the organization’s Facebook page, which was recently compromised and flooded with unauthorized posts.
The announcement comes after company officials earlier this month warned social media users to refrain from engaging with the page.
In a notice recently posted to the BCBP website , the company confirmed the successful recovery of its Facebook page, noting users can once again safely engage with the page.
“Thank you for your patience and understanding during the restoration process,” BCBP officials said in a statement.
Dozens of videos featuring what appeared to be police body camera footage were posted to the BCBP Facebook page beginning in late October.
