BOISE, Idaho — The average price of gas in Idaho is down to $3.33, according to a release by AAA of Idaho. This is about a penny cheaper than a week ago, 13 cents less than a month ago but 13 cents more than a year ago.

The average price of gas in Twin Falls dropped a few cents to $3.33 a gallon, holding steady with the state’s average. Boise has the highest average price in Idaho at $3.36 per gallon, and Lewiston holds the lowest at $3.15 per gallon. The Gem State is steadily in 8th place for the highest gas prices in the country.

The national average is $3.08 per gallon, which is less than a penny difference compared to last week, a month ago and a year ago.
