Album Surprise now offering 1, 2 bedrooms near stadium
The latest 55-plus active adult apartment community is now pre-leasing in Surprise City Center as Greystar expects move-ins to start early next year.
Album Surprise, the company’s latest offering at 16431 N. Parkview Place, will open 161 one- and two-bedroom apartments in the spring, with sizes up to 1,325 square feet.
A longtime NFL kicker is heading up the project for Greystar, a real estate company that deals in investment management, development and management of rental housing. The company’s managing director for development, Billy Cundiff, played for the Dallas Cowboys and five other NFL teams from 2002 to 2015.
“We designed Album Surprise to be a place where active adults can live life fully and on their own terms,” Cundiff
