Thanksgiving is just over two weeks away, and it’s time to start planning your menu if you haven’t already. I didn’t realize until I was an adult that the most important part is actually figuring out when to start defrosting and cooking the turkey. Because the last thing you need is a frozen bird on the morning of! Ina Garten made it even easier to prep your turkey with a simple (and delicious) make-ahead recipe that takes the stress out of Thanksgiving. Not to mention, this recipe is so good that people say they’ll “never make it another way.” Now that’s high praise!
