Work is set to begin on the reinvention of the downtown site of the building previously housing the Old Spaghetti Factory and impacted by the December 2020 Christmas Day bombing.
Wheaton, Ill.-based T2 Capital Management announced Wednesday it is ready to begin work on the bomb-damaged structure. The company also has released new renderings.
To be called The Heritage at Broadway, the rehabbed building will be highlighted by 50 for-purchase high-end condominiums that can be used for short-term rentals.
The address of the property is 160 2nd Ave. N. , with T2 having paid $17.5 million for the property in August 2024 (read here ).
T2 will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking related to the project on Nov. 13.
