TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A Sierra Vista woman is facing a host of charges after allegedly trying to run from police while drunk with a child in her vehicle.
The Sierra Vista Police Department said Marilyn Realyvasquez, 24, was charged with aggravated DUI, unlawful flight from law enforcement, reckless driving, and child endangerment.
The incident began with a traffic stop near 7th Street and Wilcox Drive around 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
The SVPD said an officer pulled Realyvasquez because the vehicle’s license plate was suspended for not having insurance.
