LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — The City of Lawrenceville is providing temporary utility assistance to residents who have lost SNAP benefits or been affected by federal furloughs through its Round-Up Program .
Lawrenceville Utilities will help residential customers with electric or natural gas bills using funds collected when participating customers voluntarily round up their monthly payments to the next dollar, the city announced Wednesday.
Applications are processed through the Lawrenceville Response Center , a stabilization program operated by Impact46, which verifies eligibility and distributes assistance.
